The Dairy is a charming single storey wooden cladded cottage tucked away at the back of the main house. It accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children, and is on one level, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility. It has views across the garden towards the marshes from the patio area. Full central heating is provided for year round comfort.

The living areas are in a large, airy, vaulted and beamed, open- plan room. This room encompasses the dining area with four seats and a newly fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and two stools. The comfortable seating area has two leather sofas, a 40 inch flat screen HD TV with freeview, DVD player and Ipod docking station. The kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, integrated dishwasher and microwave.

Both bedrooms are en-suite and have a large zip-and-link super-king size bed, providing twin accommodation if requested, and single day-bed suitable for a child. The bedrooms have a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a 24inch flat screen TV/DVD with freeview. The en-suites have large showers, wash-handbasin, toilet, heated towel rail and shaver point by the illuminated mirror.

A stable door at the front provides access to small paved area with seating and large French doors provide access from the lounge area to fully fenced private garden with patio area containing garden furniture, barbeque and outdoor drying facilities.

Washing machine is available by the main house for all guests to use free of charge. Iron and ironing board are also available on request.

Parking spaces for two cars is provided next to the Barn.
